Privacy Policy

VOX is the communications service for ami Personal Assistant, operated by Micah Keawe for personal correspondence. It collects the phone number you use, messages and call transcripts you voluntarily provide, delivery and timing information, and consent or opt-out records. These support conversations, requested coordination, troubleshooting and Micah’s review.

Twilio carries calls and messages, OpenAI processes AI conversations, and Cloudflare hosts the service and its private communication records. These providers process information to deliver the service. VOX does not intentionally store call audio, request account passwords, or connect incoming correspondence to Micah’s email inbox.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Access to communication records is restricted to Micah and his authorized assistant tools. Records are retained for review and service operation until Micah deletes them or adopts an explicit retention period; consent and delivery records may be kept to honor your preferences. Ask for access or deletion by calling 808-808-7531 and leaving a message. Sensitive requests may require identity verification. Do not send secrets or sensitive identity documents.
